What to Expect


	Treatments take place in private rooms, and last about one hour. The patient is usually laying face up or down on an examining table. Treatment gowns are provided or, depending on the condition, loose clothing can be worn. The needles used in treatment are single-use sterilized disposable needles made of solid stainless steel. In additions to acupuncture, Matthew uses a number of modalities including yoga, physical therapy, herbal medicine, Tui Na massage, and nutrition to treat a variety of ailments.
